Events submodule
Overview
In the event overview you find a list of all events and assigned side events. You can create, edit and search events. When you open an event you see several areas you can edit. Each area has a specific function for managing and organizing your event.
Event areas
Dashboard
The dashboard is the main overview page of the event. It provides an overview of all key areas and lets you quickly navigate to the different functional sections.
Mailings
Here you manage email communication for your event:
- Mailing templates: Create and edit email templates for your event
- Sent emails: View all sent emails and their status
Websites / Content
In this area you manage the event website:
- Manage pages: Create and edit pages of the event website
- Edit page content: Edit content of individual pages
- Design and layout: Adjust the design and layout of the website
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): Configure NPS, use the rating kiosk and evaluate responses
- On-site monitors: Manage monitors for foyer, rooms or session displays
Programm
Here you manage the event program:
- Edit event program: Create and edit program items
- Program timetable: See the chronological schedule of the program
Networking
In the networking area you configure networking features for your event:
- Accepted appointments: See all meetings scheduled between participants
- Networking locations: Define locations where networking can take place
- Time slots: Define time slots for networking meetings
- Participant properties / filters: Create participant properties/filters that can be assigned and used for matching

Event-Einstellungen
In event settings you configure the basic information of the event:
- Title, short name and description
- Time range and time zone
- Language and responsible person
- Visibility and organizer
- Parent event (for side events)
Teilnehmende
Here you can view the participants for your event.
Note: Orders or tickets are not managed here – only participants are shown.
Statistiken
In statistics you find an overview of various metrics and data about your event, such as participant numbers, registrations and more.
