Events submodule

Overview

In the event overview you find a list of all events and assigned side events. You can create, edit and search events. When you open an event you see several areas you can edit. Each area has a specific function for managing and organizing your event.

Dashboard

The dashboard is the main overview page of the event. It provides an overview of all key areas and lets you quickly navigate to the different functional sections.

Here you manage email communication for your event:

In this area you manage the event website:

Here you manage the event program:

In the networking area you configure networking features for your event:

In event settings you configure the basic information of the event:

  • Title, short name and description
  • Time range and time zone
  • Language and responsible person
  • Visibility and organizer
  • Parent event (for side events)

Teilnehmende

Here you can view the participants for your event.
Note: Orders or tickets are not managed here – only participants are shown.

Statistiken

In statistics you find an overview of various metrics and data about your event, such as participant numbers, registrations and more.
