Networking meetings
Overview
In Networking → Meetings you see all accepted networking meetings of an event in a compact table.
Only meetings that have not been cancelled are shown, sorted by start time.
This overview is your central control tool for 1:1 networking:
- You see how many meetings take place.
- You see who is meeting whom.
- You keep track of when and where meetings are happening.
Features
View meetings
- Open the desired event.
- In the left navigation, go to Networking → Meetings.
- The table shows all confirmed meetings for this event.
You can scroll the table to keep an overview even with many meetings. Changes to meetings themselves (e.g. cancellations, new proposals) are still handled via the public networking frontend by participants, not in this view.
Columns in the meeting overview
- Location
- Shows the networking location where the meeting takes place (e.g. "Networking table 3", "Lounge").
- The name comes from the networking locations you manage separately.
- Start
- Meeting start time (incl. date/time).
- Matches the start of the associated networking time slot.
- Ende
- Meeting end time (incl. date/time).
- Matches the end of the associated networking time slot.
- Participants
- Lists all people participating in this meeting.
- Display format per person:
First name Last name | Institution, Position(e.g. "Max Mustermann | Example GmbH, Program Manager").
- Multiple people are shown in a grid, so you can quickly see how many people are involved.
Usage
- Operative Steuerung
Use this view on event day to see:- which meetings are currently running or coming up next,
- how heavily locations are occupied.
- Nachbereitung & Reporting
- Use the overview as a basis to evaluate networking after the event (e.g. number of meetings per day, per location).
- Combined with networking locations, time slots and participant properties/tags you get a full picture of matching at your event.
