Program tags submodule

Overview

In this area you can create and edit program tags. These can be formats or topics, for example. They help you keep an overview during program planning and – when you use the program tool – provide better information for your guests.

Features

Create program tag

1. Click the large plus icon at the top right.
2. Enter a name for the program tag.
3. Click "Save" (bottom right in blue).

Edit program tag

1. Click the icon to the left of the respective program tag.
2. Change the information you want to update.
3. Click "Save" (bottom right in blue).

Delete program tag

1. Click the icon to the left of the respective program tag.
2. Click "Delete" (bottom right in red).
3. Confirm deletion in the dialog (black field with blue border).

Fields

1. Name: The name of the program tag.
2. Category: A category for the tag which is displayed in the public program. Default categories are "Format" and "Topic" – they are displayed like "Format: Workshop" (if "Workshop" is chosen as the tag). You can also enter custom values here to create new categories.

Usage

Note: Program tags must be assigned per program item.
