Introduction
Why ERADIANT?
ERADIANT is a web-based platform for organizations that want to plan events, manage contacts, run votes and bring their work together in a single system.
- Everything in one place – events, participants, program, websites, mailings and networking are managed in one interface.
- No local software – you work in the browser; we take care of updates and maintenance.
- Multi-tenant – each organization (company, university, project team) has its own area with its own data, roles and permissions.
- Built for teams – several users can work in the same organization with clear roles (e.g. event admin, contacts admin).
Whether it’s a conference, trade fair, workshop series or internal voting: ERADIANT supports you from planning and invitations through to execution and evaluation.
What can you do with ERADIANT?
The platform is divided into modules. Depending on your permissions, you see the areas that are enabled for your role.
- Event module: Create and manage events: settings, event websites, program, networking, mailings and statistics. Plus buildings, locations and program tags for all events of the organization.
- Contacts module: Manage contacts, institutions and leads – e.g. participants, speakers, VIPs – and use them for events and mailings.
- Voting module: Configure votes and elections: questions, options, settings and eligible voters.
- Organization module: Manage organization settings, members, roles and email configuration.
The documentation describes each module and its submodules (e.g. events, mailings, program) as well as the individual components and functions – so you can quickly find how to configure or edit what you need.
How does the documentation work?
- Top navigation
At the top you find links like DOCS (back to the documentation start page) and BACK TO ERADIANT. - Language
At the top you can switch between German and English; the documentation structure stays the same. - Sidebar (left)
Here you see the chapters: Getting started, Event module, Contacts module, Voting module, Organization module. Clicking an entry opens the corresponding page; subentries lead to more detailed topics. - Getting started
Contains this introduction, installation & user account, key terms, core functions (e.g. tables, blocks) and relevant processes (e.g. invitation mailing, program website). Ideal starting point. - Module documentation
For each module there is an overview (“About the module”) and subpages for submodules and components – e.g. event settings, edit website, mailing templates. - Additional sections
In the sidebar you can also read about the benefits of using ERADIANT (e.g. use cases, solved problems & user stories) and in the about us section you get background information on ERADIANT and the ECENT team.
If you have never worked with ERADIANT before, we recommend: first read installation & user account and key terms, then dive into the module you want to use (e.g. the event module).
