About the ticketing module
Overview
The ticketing module covers everything you need for selling and handling tickets – from configuration through checkout to on-site check-in.
Organization level
At organization level (ticketing navigation, not inside a single ticketing):
- Ticketings overview: all ticketings as a card list – open or create
- Check-in devices (organization): devices with access to all check-in lists of all ticketings
Inside a ticketing
After opening a ticketing, you find the sections in the top navigation:

General
Prerequisites
Before you can accept payments, your organization needs at least one connected payment provider (currently Stripe). You configure this in the organization module under Payment provider.
In ticketing you then select the active payment providers and configure products, shop and checkout information.
