Overview

Under Administration you configure ticket sales: products, checkout questions, public shops, quotas, access vouchers and badge templates for check-in.

Sections

Products

Define ticket types and products with price, tax rate, visibility and sales period.

Questions

Define required and optional questions for orders and products.

Shops

Create public shop pages for ticket sales and assign products.

Quotas

Set sales limits for one or more products.

Access vouchers

Codes that unlock products marked “Voucher only”.

Badges

Create and edit badge templates for printing in the check-in app.

Usage

Typical order: first Products and Questions, then Shops. Optionally add Quotas, Access vouchers and Badges.
