Access vouchers

Overview

Access vouchers unlock products marked as “Voucher only”. Without a valid code these products are not visible in the shop.

Available under Administration → Access vouchers in the ticketing.

Core behavior

Maximum ticket count

Each access voucher can have a maximum number of tickets (optional). The limit applies when adding to the cart — not only at checkout.

  • Open carts in different browsers count toward the same limit.
  • Per product assignment an additional max tickets override can be set.

Managed via contact module

Vouchers created from the contact module via lead categories appear in ticketing as contact-module managed and are read-only there.

Behavior in shop

Per shop you can configure whether the voucher field is shown:

  • Enabled: Customers can enter a voucher code.
  • Disabled: The field is hidden.

Fields

  1. Internal name: Internal title for management
  2. Access voucher: Unique code for the shop
  3. Maximum ticket count: Optional total limit for this voucher
  4. Status: Active/Inactive
  5. Assigned products: Products with optional max tickets per assignment

Notes

  • Use clear maximum values when access should be limited to a fixed ticket quantity.
  • Products must be configured as “Voucher only” for the access voucher to take effect.
  • Set voucher field visibility per shop according to your campaign.
