Access vouchers

Overview

Access vouchers unlock products marked as “Voucher only”. Without a valid code these products are not visible in the shop.

Available under Administration → Access vouchers as a list with filters, series creation, bulk edit, and CSV export.

Features

Create access voucher

  1. Open Administration → Access vouchers.
  2. Click the plus icon.
  3. Set Internal name, Access voucher (code), and optionally Maximum ticket count.
  4. Assign Unlocked products and optionally Tags.
  5. Save.

You can generate the code with Generate code. Unusual characters trigger a confirmation before saving; changed codes invalidate old links.

Create voucher series

  1. Click Create voucher series.
  2. Enter Count, Base for internal name, optionally Series prefix/suffix, and Code length.
  3. Optionally: Set custom voucher codes (manually or via CSV).
  4. Create the series and download the CSV if needed.

Up to 1000 vouchers per series.

Filter, export, and bulk edit vouchers

  • Filters in the list: name, code, active, tags, products, uses, order IDs, creation date, etc.
  • More → Export vouchers: CSV with optional link to ticket shop
  • Bulk edit vouchers: Active status, maximum tickets, product assignments (overwrite/add/remove), add or remove tags — filtered or for all manually managed vouchers

Automatically managed vouchers (from the contact module) are excluded from bulk edit and series filters.

Voucher from contact module

Vouchers from lead categories appear as Managed and are read-only. Use the hint in the form to jump to the related lead and contact.

Core behavior

Maximum ticket count

The limit applies when adding to the cart. Open carts in different browsers count toward the same limit. Per product assignment a max tickets override can be set.

Behavior in shop

Per shop you can show or hide the voucher field. Shop URLs can use voucher or access_voucher as parameters (see Shops).

  1. Internal name – Internal label
  2. Access voucher – Unique code
  3. Active – Whether the code is valid
  4. Maximum tickets – Optional total limit
  5. Uses – Contingents already used
  6. Order IDs – Redeemed orders (reference)
  7. Source – Manual or Managed
  8. Unlocked products – Voucher-only products
  9. Tags – Free labels for filtering and bulk edit

Usage

Typical flow: create products as Voucher only → create individual vouchers or a series → distribute codes via export or mailing. For lead-based codes see lead categories.

Important notes

  • Products must be Voucher only for the voucher to take effect.
  • Used vouchers cannot be deleted.
  • Codes should be easy to read (uppercase letters, digits, -, _).
