Ticketings overview
Overview
In the Ticketing overview you see all ticketings of your organization. A ticketing bundles products, questions, shops, orders, and check-ins for a specific context (e.g. an event or event series).
What you see
The overview shows ticketings as cards with:
- Name of the ticketing
- Start date (if set)
Ticketings are split into upcoming and past ticketings. Via “Show past ticketings” you can reveal older ticketings.
Features
Search ticketings
- Open the ticketing module in the top navigation.
- Use text search to filter ticketings by name.
Open ticketing
Click a card to open the dashboard of the ticketing.
Create new ticketing
- Click Create ticketing (plus icon).
- Enter a name, currency, responsible person, and other master data.
- Save the ticketing, then add products, questions, shops, and check-in configuration.
