Ticketings overview

Overview

In the Ticketing overview you see all ticketings of your organization. A ticketing bundles products, questions, shops, orders, and check-ins for a specific context (e.g. an event or event series).

What you see

The overview shows ticketings as cards with:

  • Name of the ticketing
  • Start date (if set)

Ticketings are split into upcoming and past ticketings. Via “Show past ticketings” you can reveal older ticketings.

Features

Search ticketings

  1. Open the ticketing module in the top navigation.
  2. Use text search to filter ticketings by name.

Open ticketing

Click a card to open the dashboard of the ticketing.

Create new ticketing

  1. Click Create ticketing (plus icon).
  2. Enter a name, currency, responsible person, and other master data.
  3. Save the ticketing, then add products, questions, shops, and check-in configuration.
