The contact module is the central place to manage people, organizations, and event interactions.

Note: Visibility of contacts, leads, and duplicates depends on your contact permissions.

Manage people and representatives centrally.

CSV import for contacts, leads, and institutions.

Salutation levels, categories, languages, and templates for contacts and mailings.

Companies and organizations.

Event interactions, invitations, categories.

Clean up automatically detected duplicates (nav: Duplicates).

The contact module is the basis for mailings, lead categories in events, and access voucher logic in ticketing.
