Web app
Overview
The ERADIANT web app is the browser-based interface for event organizers. You sign in at eradiant.eu and work within your organization — no local installation required.
This documentation section describes all modules and features you find in the web app: from events and contacts through ticketing and check-in to voting and organization settings.
Modules in the web app
The top navigation shows the modules you have permissions for. Each module is divided into submodules and components — the structure in the documentation sidebar on the left follows the layout in ERADIANT.
Event module
Plan and run events: event overview, dashboard, mailings, website, program, networking, participants, statistics. At organization level also buildings, locations, and program tags.
Typical entry points:
- Event overview – all events in the organization
- Events submodule – areas within an open event
Contact module
Central management of contacts, institutions, and leads — the basis for mailings, lead categories, and access vouchers.
Ticketing module
Ticket sales, orders, payments, and check-in: create ticketings, configure products and shops, manage check-in lists and check-in devices.
Voting module
Votes and elections: configure settings, questions, and voters per vote.
Organization module
Team and organization infrastructure: members and permissions, email dispatch configurations, payment providers (e.g. Stripe for paid ticketings).
