Overview

Under Mails you control automatic email communication around orders: adjust templates and review sent emails.

Adjust standard templates for order confirmation, payment reminder and cancellation.

View all emails sent for this ticketing (recipient, type, status).

First adjust the Email templates. Use Sent emails to check whether confirmations and reminders were delivered.

Note: For invitations and general event communication use mailings in the event module.
