Overview

Under Participants & Check-In you manage orders and on-site entry: view orders, configure check-in lists and connect check-in devices to the check-in app.

View all orders of the ticketing, filter them and check details, billing address and payment status.

Create lists that define which participants may check in and under which rules.

Check-in devices

Create devices at ticketing level and couple them to a check-in list for the check-in app.

Usage

Start with Orders for the sales overview. For entry, set up Check-in lists first, then connect Check-in devices.
