Badges

Overview

Under Administration → Badges you create badge templates for printing in the ERADIANT Check-In App.

Create a badge template

  1. Open a ticketing → Administration → Badges
  2. New badge template
  3. Name, width and height (mm), optional background color/image
  4. Add and position text elements
  5. Save

Edit elements

Per text element:

  • Text with placeholders ({{…}})
  • Font, weight, color, alignment
  • Position (X/Y mm), width/height, rotation
  • Anchor point and reference to other elements
  • Multiline and word wrap (optional)

In the layers panel you can duplicate elements. Remove via Del / Backspace or the layers panel.

Placeholders

Order (order):

  • {{order.first_name}}, {{order.last_name}}, {{order.email}}, {{order.phone}}
  • {{order.simple_id}}, {{order.invoice_company}}

Order item / participant (order_item):

  • {{order_item.first_name}}, {{order_item.last_name}}, {{order_item.email}}
  • {{order_item.title}}, {{order_item.salutation}}
  • {{order_item.institution}}, {{order_item.institution_position}}
  • {{order_item.product_name}}, {{order_item.ticket_checkin_code}}

Printing

Printing is done via the Check-In App for Android or Apple on a check-in device with a connected check-in list.
