Buildings submodule

Overview

In this area you can create and edit buildings. This helps you keep an overview and – if you use a floor plan – improve orientation for your guests.

Features

Create buildings

  1. Click the large plus icon at the top right.
  2. Enter a name for the building.
  3. Click "Save" (bottom right in blue).

Edit buildings

  1. Click the icon to the left of the respective building name.
  2. Change the information you want to update.
  3. Click "Save" (bottom right in blue).

Delete buildings

  1. Click the icon to the left of the respective building name.
  2. Click "Delete" (bottom right in red).
  3. Confirm deletion in the dialog (black field with blue border).

Fields

  1. Name: The name of the building.
  2. Description: A description of the building.
  3. Links: One or more links, for example to show the building on Google Maps to make it easier for guests to find. Note: Links cannot be edited, but can be deleted via the "x" at the end of the link name (and then recreated).

Usage

Buildings are used to clearly group rooms, since they can be reused across events.
