About the event module

Overview

  1. Events: In this submodule you can create and edit events and manage all event subareas (websites, program, networking, mailings, statistics).
  2. Buildings: In this submodule you can create and edit all buildings.
  3. Locations: In this submodule you can create and edit locations, for example rooms in a building (Herkulessaal, 1st floor) or locations outside buildings (e.g. outdoor stage). These can be used for all events within the organization.
  4. Program tags: In this submodule you can create and edit program tags. These can be used across all events in the organization and assigned to any program item.

Usage

With the event module you can administer and organize all your events. You have many options to tailor events to your needs – for example different designs, fully editable websites and much more.
Buildings and locations must be assigned to events in the respective event settings, and program tags are assigned to individual program items in an event’s program.
