About the Contact Module

Overview

1. Contacts: In this submodule you can create and edit contacts. Contacts can be both natural persons and representatives of institutions.
2. Institutions: In this submodule you can create and edit institutions. These can be used for all contacts within the organization.
3. Leads: In this submodule you can manage leads. Leads are potential or actual event interactions that can be tracked and managed.

Usage

With the contact module, you can centrally manage all your contacts and relationships with people and organizations. You can organize contacts, link institutions, and track leads for future event participation.
