Networking component

Overview

In the networking area you configure and manage networking features for your event. You can define locations, set up time slots, create participant properties/filters and monitor networking activity.

Sections

  1. Accepted appointments: In this area you can see all networking meetings agreed between participants. You see who is meeting whom and can monitor meeting status.
  2. Networking locations: In this area you define locations where networking can take place. You can set up different locations for meetings so participants know where to meet.
  3. Time slots: In this area you define time slots for networking meetings. You decide when participants can schedule networking meetings.
  4. Participant properties / filters: In this area you create properties/filters that can be assigned to participants. These properties/filters help categorize participants and find suitable networking partners.

Usage

With the networking area you can actively foster connections between participants. Participants can schedule meetings, meet at defined locations and find suitable networking partners via shared properties.
