Event dashboard

Overview

The dashboard is the entry page for a single event.
Here you see key metrics at a glance and can use tiles to navigate directly to the central areas of the events submodule.

Areas on the event dashboard

Overview

At the top of the dashboard you see a compact overview of the event, including:

  • Event access / status (private or public)
You can immediately see whether your event has already been published and is visible or is still in draft / only internally accessible.
  • Participant view with public URLs
For public events, the standard domain is shown here and – if configured in the event settings – the shared event domain.
Via the participant view you can:
    • test new or changed page content in the live context,
    • check the layout and design of the website,
    • verify the display of program and networking (e.g. markers, filters, participant properties / filters),
    • check whether protected pages/blocks are correctly only visible after login or ticket code.

The overview helps you quickly see whether the event is set up correctly and what state it is in.

Live statistics

On the right you see live metrics for the event:

  • Number of mailings sent
  • Number of participants
  • Number of networking chats
  • Number of public pages (website pages) that are active for the event

This gives you a direct sense on the dashboard of how well your event is performing and whether you should consider additional communication (mailings) or adjustments to the program.
