Orders component
Overview
In the Orders area you see all orders of your ticketing in a table. You can search, filter and sort orders and open individual orders to view details, billing address, order items and payment status.
Features
View orders
- Open a ticketing and navigate to Orders.
- In the table you see all orders with the most important information.
- Use the search bar to search by email, billing name, company or creation date.
- Click the icon at the beginning of a row to open the order details.
Edit orders
- Open a ticketing and navigate to Orders.
- Open an order to go to the order details.
- In this order you can edit data or view the change history.
- Click Save.
Fields in the overview
- Email: Email address of the order
- Created at: Time of the order
- Total (incl. VAT): Gross total in the ticketing currency
- Status: Order status (payment pending, paid, canceled)
- Payment status: Not paid, partially paid, fully paid, overpaid
- Items: Included products/tickets
- Order ID: Unique ID of the order
Fields in the order details
In the detail view of an order you will find, among other things:
Top bar
- Order ID: Shows the order ID of the currently opened order in the header.
- Back to orders: Navigates back to the order overview of the current ticketing.
- Show history: Opens the change history of this order to trace updates and status changes.
- Copy public link: Copies the public link of the order to your clipboard so you can share it directly.
- Edit order: Switches to edit mode for the order to adjust data.
- Cancel order: Starts the cancellation of the order (depending on the ticketing settings for cancellability).
System fields of the order
- Order information: Order ID, status, payment status, totals (gross/net), creation date, double opt-in, paid/canceled date
- Order email and contact details
- Invoice (if paid)
- Billing address
- Check-in notes
Order items with number of order items
Per order item:
- Ticket name with associated position ID
- Cost information
- Order information per product
- Tickets as PDF and PKPass
- Check-in notes
Change history
Change history such as changes to information or payment.
Usage
The orders overview helps you keep track of purchases, check payment status and, if necessary, trace invoices or ticket data. Through the change history you can see when status or data changed.
