Shops

Overview

In the Shops section you configure the public shop pages of your ticketing. Each shop has its own URL (based on the short name) and can expose different products. Participants can select tickets there, answer questions and complete checkout.

Shops are built on top of the ticketing’s products and questions.

Functions

Create a shop

  1. Open a ticketing and go to Shops.
  2. Click “Create shop” (plus icon).
  3. Enter a name, a short name (for the URL, only uppercase letters, numbers and hyphens) and optionally an internal reference.
  4. Choose status (active / inactive) and the products that should be shown in this shop.
  5. Save the shop.

Edit a shop

  1. Open the shop list and click the desired shop (icon on the far left).
  2. Adjust name, short name, description, status or product assignment.
  3. Click “Save”.

Open the public shop

In the shop list you’ll find a “Open shop” link or button which opens the public shop URL in a new tab – so you can see the shop from a customer’s point of view.

Delete a shop

  1. Open the shop in edit mode.
  2. Click “Delete” (bottom right).
  3. Confirm deletion.

  4. Description: Optional description of the shop.

  7. Show unlock-code form in public shop: Checkbox to enable or disable whether the voucher field is shown in the public shop for each shop.
  8. Products in this shop (only if “Show all products” is set to No): Shows active products (in light blue) and inactive products (in grey).
  9. Created at: Creation date of the shop.

Usage

Shops are the entry pages for ticket sales. After creating a shop you can share the public URL (e.g. on the event website or via email). Make sure that products and questions are configured and that the ticketing settings (e.g. payment providers, sales period) are correct.
