Sent emails component

Overview

You can find this area when you click “Sent emails” in a ticketing. Here you can view all sent emails related to this ticketing (e.g. order confirmations or cancellation confirmations), filter them and view their details.

Sent emails overview

In the overview you see all sent emails. You see the following information:

  • Type: Type of mailing
  • Recipient email: Email address of the recipient
  • Subject: Subject of the email
  • Sent at: Date and time when the email was sent
  • Order ID: ID of the order

Filter emails

You can filter sent emails by different criteria:

  • Recipient email: Filter by the recipient’s email address
  • Subject: Filter by the email subject

Usage

The “Sent emails” area helps you keep track of all emails sent. You can search for specific emails, filter them and view the details of each email to track communication with your participants.
