Mailing statistics

Overview

Under Mailings → Mailing statistics you see metrics for sent event mailings: recipients, open, click, and unsubscribe rates, and the send period.

Available in event navigation under Mailings → Mailing statistics.

Features

View statistics

1. Open the event and navigate to Mailings → Mailing statistics.
2. Select a sent mailing from the list.
3. Review the metrics (sent emails, recipients, send period, open, click, and unsubscribe rate).

Rates refer to delivered emails (excluding bounces).

Fields (metrics)

1. Sent emails – Number of messages sent
2. Recipients – Number of people addressed
3. Send period – Time range of the send
4. Open rate – Share of delivered emails opened
5. Click rate – Share with at least one link click
6. Unsubscribe rate – Share who unsubscribed after the mailing

Usage

Use statistics after larger mailings to improve subject, content, and timing. For sending itself see mailing templates and sent emails.

Tracking requires link and open tracking to be enabled in event settings (organization).

Important notes

• Only mailings that have already been sent appear.
• Bounces are not included in the rates.
