Event settings (organization)

Overview

Under Event module → Event settings (organization) (organization level, not inside a single event) you define whether event mailings track link clicks and opens.

These settings apply to all events in the organization.

Features

Configure mailing tracking

1. Open the event module overview and choose Event settings (organization).
2. Under Mailing tracking enable or disable:
   • Track clicks on links in event mailings
   • Track opens of event mailings
3. Save.

Editing requires permission to change event organization settings.

Usage

Enable tracking if you want to use mailing statistics. If you do not want to collect open or click rates for privacy reasons, turn the options off here — sending still works.

Important notes

• The settings affect event mailings, not ticketing order confirmations.
• Disabled tracking means empty or incomplete statistics, not failed delivery.
