Event statistics component

Overview

You find this area when you open an event and navigate to Statistics. You can also open statistics via the tile on the dashboard.

Here you find metrics and charts for participants, networking, and mails.

Statistics sections

Participant statistics

The chart shows registration development over time:

  • New registrations: Daily newly added sign-ups
  • Cumulative registrations (excluding cancellations): Total active participants over time
  • Cumulative cancellations: Total cancellations over time

Networking statistics

The chart shows networking activity over time:

  • Chats (new): Daily newly created networking chats
  • Messages (cumulative): Total messages sent
  • Appointments (cumulative): Total agreed networking appointments

Mails

The Mails chart evaluates all sent event emails — regardless of purpose (invitation, reminder, info mail, etc.). The basis is all dispatches and opt-outs recorded in ERADIANT for this event.

The chart combines bars (daily additions) and lines (cumulative trends). It uses two Y axes:

  • Left Y axis (linear): cumulative line values
  • Right Y axis (logarithmic): daily newly sent mails

This keeps large spikes during dispatch waves readable while cumulative curves stay comparable on the linear scale.

Metrics in the legend

  • New invitations (bars, right log. axis)
Count of event emails newly sent on that day. Every sent email from an event mailing template counts — including reminders or info mails, and even if the same person is contacted again on multiple days.

  • Cumulative invitations (line, left axis)
Running total of all event emails sent since the start of recorded history. Increases by one with every sent email — regardless of whether it is the same lead.

  • Distinct recipients (line, left axis)
Running total of leads who received an event email for the first time. If a lead is contacted multiple times, they count here only on first send. The metric shows how many different leads were reached at least once — not total mail count.

  • Cumulative opt-outs (line, left axis)
Running total of opt-outs from the event. Every recorded opt-out increases the value by one.

Sync timeline

Via the checkbox “Sync timeline with registrations” you align the mail timeline with participant statistics: the same days are shown so you can compare dispatch waves and registration trends side by side.

Without sync the mail chart shows only days when mails were sent or opt-outs recorded (gaps are filled so cumulative lines stay continuous).

Usage

Statistics help you monitor event success and activity — from registration trends through networking to sent mails.
