Event dashboard

Overview

The Dashboard is the entry page of a single event. At a glance you see important metrics and reach central areas of the events submodule via tiles.

Areas on the event dashboard

Overview

In the upper area you see a compact event overview, including:

  • Event access / visibility
You see whether your event is public, participants only, or private (unpublished). In Settings you choose between Public and Unpublished.
  • Participant view with public URLs
For public events the overview card shows the standard domain and — if configured in event settings — the shared event domain. Via the links you open the public event website in a new tab and can:
    • test new or changed page content in live context,
    • verify website layout and design,
    • check program and networking presentation (e.g. markers, filters, properties),
    • verify protected pages/blocks are correctly visible only after login or ticket code.

The overview helps you quickly see whether the event is set up correctly and in which state it is.

Live statistics

Beside it live metrics for the event are shown:

  • Number of sent mailings
  • Number of participants
  • Number of networking chats
  • Number of public website pages active for the event

This gives you a direct feel in the dashboard for how well the event is received and whether you should consider additional communication (mailings) or program adjustments.
