Participants component
Overview
You find Participants when you open an event and navigate to Participants in the left menu. Here you see a list of participants synchronized from one or more ERADIANT ticketings or an external ticketing/registration system into the event.
The data serves among others as basis for:
- Networking participant list (who is visible in networking)
- Check-in status (if provided by sync)
- Statistics on registrations/cancellations and networking (see Event statistics)
Note: In this view records are typically not created manually — they are updated via integration.
Features
Search and sort participants
- Open the event.
- Navigate to Participants.
- Use search to find participants by name or email.
- Click column headers to sort the list.
Control networking participants
Via the In networking column you see whether a person is included, excluded, or cancelled in the public networking participant list.
Trace check-in
When check-in data is synchronized, check-in time is shown in the Check-in column. Depending on website/networking configuration this status can also be shown on the event website in the networking list.
Fields
The list contains these columns:
- First name
- Last name
- Check-in: Check-in time (if available)
- Registration date: Registration time
- Cancellation date: Cancellation/opt-out time (if available)
- Product: Ticket product or participant category from sync
- Product ID: Internal product identifier
- In networking: Visibility in networking list
- Networking code: Code for login to protected areas (if synchronized)
Usage
The participants component is especially helpful when:
- registration/ticket sales do not run via the ERADIANT ticketing module but you still need participants in ERADIANT (e.g. for networking or analytics),
- you want to address participants personally via mailings,
- you want to evaluate check-ins or registration numbers in event statistics.
If you sell tickets directly in ERADIANT and organize check-ins, use the Ticketing module. There you can configure event sync so participants appear here.
