Mailing Categories

Overview

You can find this area by clicking on "Mailing Categories" in the mailings section.

In this area you can create and manage categories for your mailing templates. Mailing categories help to group templates thematically and maintain an overview – for example by occasion (invitation, reminder, confirmation) or target group.

Viewing categories

The overview shows all mailing categories created for this event.

Creating categories

  1. Press the large plus symbol in the top right.
  2. Enter a name for the category.
  3. Press "Save".

Editing categories

  1. Click on the respective category.
  2. Change the name.
  3. Press "Save".

Deleting categories

  1. Click on the respective category.
  2. Press "Delete" and confirm the action.

Fields

  1. Name: The name of the category (required).
  2. Ticketing: The ticketing assigned to this category.
  3. Automatically create access voucher: If enabled, an access voucher is automatically created for contacts in this category.
  4. Access voucher products: The ticketing products for which an access voucher should be automatically created.
  5. Guest sync - ticket products for this category: The ticket products assigned to this category as part of the guest sync (only with CRM-Sync).

Usage

Assign a category to your mailing templates when creating or editing them. This allows you to filter templates more quickly and use them in a targeted way.
