Edit website page (reachable via edit website)
Overview
In Edit page you adjust the content of a single event website page. You can add, remove, or reorder texts, images, and content blocks without changing the overall website structure.
Features
Edit page
- Open the event whose page you want to edit.
- Navigate to Website in the left menu and select the desired page.
- Open the detail view or edit mode of the page (blue pencil icon).
- Change the content you want (e.g. headings, texts, images, buttons).
- Click Save (bottom right in blue).
Add and arrange content blocks
- In edit mode you find the block list at the bottom and the + button to add blocks.
- Choose the block type per block in the dropdown (type order see below).
- Fill in the block fields.
- Use arrows or drag-and-drop to change block order on the page (independent of dropdown order).
- Click Save.
Reset or remove content
- Open the page in edit mode.
- Remove individual blocks via X per block.
- Save changes to apply them on the public website.
Blocks
In the page editor you build your page from blocks. Each block type has its own fields and is meant for a specific use. You can put all blocks on one page (especially for small events) or create dedicated pages (e.g. program, networking, ticketing — especially for large events).
Block types
General content blocks
Text
Use the text block for freely designed content such as introductions, info texts, or notes.
- Title / heading in block: Optional; can serve as visual section heading.
- Text content: Freely formattable text (paragraphs, lists, links, emphasis).
- Background color: Optional colored background to highlight sections.
- Text size: Adjust heading and body size.
- Alignment: Depending on layout, text can be left, center, or right aligned.
- Optional button in block: A button can be added (label and link), e.g. for “Learn more” or “Register now”.
Tip — heading: For section headings without body text you can use the same Text block and leave the text field empty.
Text + image / video
Use this block when you want to combine text and image or video in one section (e.g. highlights or testimonials).
- Title / heading: Heading for the combined section.
- Text content: Description text shown beside or below the medium.
- Image file / video: Medium displayed together with the text.
- Image position: Choose whether text and medium appear side by side or stacked.
- Background color: Optional colored background for the entire block.
Image / video carousel
Use this block to present multiple images or videos as a gallery or slider.
- Image list: Multiple images shown as a carousel.
- Order: Image order can be changed with arrows on each image.
- Copyright: Copyright can be specified per image.
FAQ / accordion display
Use this block to present FAQs clearly.
- Question list: Multiple question-answer pairs.
- Question: Title of the expandable entry.
- Answer: Detail text visible when expanded.
Downloads (coming soon)
Use this block to provide documents and materials for download.
- File list: One or more files (e.g. PDFs, presentations, info sheets) offered for download.
- Title per download: Title or short label visitors see.
- Description per download: Optional explanatory text for the file.
Floor plans
Use this block to help visitors orient themselves (e.g. hall plans, room overviews).
- Floor plan image: Uploaded image (e.g. hall plan, room plan) shown on the website.
- Description / legend: Optional text explaining the plan (e.g. colors, symbols).
Program blocks
On the page, control blocks should generally sit above the Program items block — e.g. day selection, location filter, search bar, filter dialog, share dialog, then the program items list.
Program day selection
Use this block when your event spans multiple days and visitors should switch between days quickly.
- Show marked-only button: Shows a button to display only bookmarked program items.
Program location filter
Use this block to make program items filterable by rooms/locations.
- Multiple locations selectable: Whether multiple locations can be selected.
Program search bar
Use the search bar so visitors can quickly find individual program items.
- Show filter button: Whether the filter button is shown.
Program filter dialog
Use the filter dialog to let visitors filter by program criteria.
- Group by category: Whether filter options are grouped by category (e.g. “Format”, “Audience”).
- Show location filter: Enables an additional room/location filter.
- “Show marked only” button: Shows a button to display only bookmarked program items.
- Show “Share marked” button: Shows a button to share a selection of marked program items.
Program share dialog
Use this block to easily share individual program items or the full program (useful above program items when not using a program filter dialog with share function).
Program items
Use this block to display the list of program items directly on the website.
- Displayed information: Choose which information per program item is shown
- Show description: Program item description.
- Show locations: Locations (e.g. trading floor).
- Show bookmark button: Button to bookmark/favorite the program item.
- Show new-day banner: Banner highlighting a program item on a new day.
- Show new-time banner: Banner highlighting a program item at a new time.
- Show same-day banner: Banner marking program items on the same day.
- Show same-time banner: Banner marking program items at the same time.
- Time/day banner line colors: Adjust colors in the public program block.
- Show speakers: Display program item speakers.
- Show tags: Display assigned tags/categories.
- Show times: Display start and end time.
- Shorten description: Automatically shortens long descriptions after a defined length.
- Show speaker title: Display speaker role/function (e.g. program manager).
- Show duration: Display program item duration.
- Show program item title: Display program item title.
- Location prefix: Prefix before room label (e.g. “Room:”).
- Show tag categories: Whether tag categories are shown (example: “Format: Keynote” vs. “Keynote” if unchecked).
- Speaker name order: Order in which speaker information is displayed.
- Linked room plan page: If you have a floor plan page, link it here.
Networking blocks
Control blocks (search bar, filter) should generally sit above the Networking people list on the page; contact dialog, chat, and QR code complement interaction.

Lets participants search for matching contacts.
Networking filter
Filter options for the networking participant list (properties / tags).
Networking people list
Displays the networking participant list on the page.
Networking contact dialog
Dialog to view contact details and start chats.
Networking chat
Integrated chat for networking and appointment booking.
Networking QR code
QR code for quick access to the networking area.
Ticketing blocks
Ticket shop
Use this block to embed an ERADIANT ticket shop directly on the event website.
- Select shop: Link to the ticketing or shop view to embed.
Pretix widget
Use this block to embed your Pretix ticket widget directly on the event website.
- Pretix event link / widget configuration: URL or ID of the Pretix event to embed.
- Display options: Depending on system configuration, whether only certain products/ticket categories are shown.
- Hint text: Optional short text above or below the widget (e.g. notes on tickets or payment methods).
Usage
Via page content editing you shape the event website. Well-structured texts, suitable images, and clear calls to action help visitors find important information quickly.
Usability tip: Keep individual pages clear — avoid too much content, strongly changing colors, and too many different font sizes and styles. This keeps the website readable and consistent.
