To use ERADIANT you need a user account and an organisation.

Where should I start in the documentation?

If you’re new to ERADIANT we recommend:

  1. Introduction – overview of the platform, modules and documentation structure.
  2. Installation & account – set up access.
  3. Then go to the module that is most relevant for you (e.g. Event module or Contact module).

What should I do if something doesn’t work or a page doesn’t load?

Typical first steps for troubleshooting:

  • Reload the page or try another browser.
  • Check that you’re logged into the correct organisation.
  • Make sure you have the necessary roles / permissions (e.g. event admin, contact admin).
