Members & roles submodule

Overview

You can find this area when you open the Organization module and then the Members submodule. You can also open it by clicking on Members in the left sidebar of the Organization module. In this area you can create and edit members of your organization. You can define their roles and permissions for the different modules.

Functions

Members overview

In the overview you can see all members of the organization. You see the most important information such as nickname, email address, join date, and whether a person is an organization administrator. In addition, you see further permissions in the different modules. You can use the search bar to search all members of the organization.

Create member

  1. Click the large plus icon in the top right corner.
  2. Invite the member to the organization using an email address and a nickname. If the user already has an ERADIANT account, they will see the invitation on the home page (ERADIANT.eu) and also receive an email invitation to join your organization.
  3. Click "Save" (blue button at the bottom right).

Edit member

  1. Click the icon to the left of the respective member.
  2. Change the information you want to adjust.
  3. Click "Save" (blue button at the bottom right).

Delete member

  1. This function is currently not available in order to prevent data loss.
  2. Remove all permissions from the member.
  3. Click "Save" (blue button at the bottom right).

Fields

Basic data

  1. Email: The member’s email address (required for invitations).
  2. Nickname: The name that is shown inside the organization (best: first name or first and last name).
  3. Join date: The date when the person joined the organization (only visible once they have joined).
  4. SSO-managed: If active, the member is managed via Single Sign-On; certain fields might then no longer be editable.

Organization permissions

  1. Organization admin: Administrator rights for the entire organization.
  2. Manage email delivery configurations: May create/edit/delete email delivery configurations.

Payment providers

  1. Manage payment providers: May connect and manage payment providers (e.g. Stripe).

Contact module (contacts, institutions, leads)

  1. Contact admin: Automatically sets contact rights to "full access".
  2. Contacts – view: May view contacts (e.g. "all" or "none").
  3. Contacts – create/edit: May create and edit contacts.
  4. Contacts – delete: May delete contacts.
  5. Institutions – view: May view institutions.
  6. Institutions – create/edit: May create and edit institutions.
  7. Institutions – delete: May delete institutions.
  8. Leads – view: May view leads.
  9. Leads – create/edit: May create and edit leads.
  10. Leads – delete: May delete leads.

Event module

  1. Events – view/edit/delete (scope): Scope of the rights (e.g. "all", "assigned", "none").
  2. Create events: May create new events.
  3. Manage locations: May create/edit/delete event locations.
  4. Manage program tags: May create/edit/delete program tags.

Ticketing module

  1. Ticketings – view/edit/delete (scope): Scope of the rights (e.g. "all", "assigned", "none").
  2. Create ticketings: May create new ticketings.

Voting module

  1. Votings – view/edit/delete (scope): Scope of the rights (e.g. "all", "assigned", "none").
  2. Create votings: May create new votings.
