Ticketings overview

Overview

In the ticketing overview you see all ticketings of your organization in a list. A ticketing bundles products, questions, shops, orders and check-ins for a specific context (e.g. an event or event series).

The overview helps you to:

  • see the current status of your ticketings (draft, on sale, ended),
  • quickly jump to the detail view of a ticketing,
  • filter by name, events or time ranges.

Features

Filter and search ticketings

  1. Open the ticketing module.
  2. In the overview you can narrow down ticketings by name, status or further filters (depending on configuration).
  3. Click a ticketing in the list to edit the details (products, questions, shops, orders, check-in).

Create a new ticketing

  1. In the overview, click Create ticketing (plus icon or corresponding button).
  2. Enter a name, optionally choose currency, responsible person and further master data.
  3. Save the ticketing and then add products, questions, shops and check-in configuration.
