Working at ECENT & ERADIANT

ECENT is a young event agency focused on innovative and sustainable events. With ERADIANT we build the accompanying event management platform — from ticketing and contact management through program and mailings to networking and CRM integrations.

We are a small, interdisciplinary team in Munich (Maxvorstadt). Short decision paths, a lot of ownership, and close collaboration define day-to-day work. If you want to help shape software and events together, you will find our current openings below.

📢 Working student Technical Operations & Support for ERADIANT SaaS (m/f/d)

We are building ERADIANT into a fast-growing event management platform and are looking for support in Technical Operations & Support — with a clear focus on implementing custom solutions for projects, technical support, and deploy infrastructure.

Your tasks

  • Technical support & communication: First point of contact for customers with technical questions or issues regarding the ERADIANT platform
  • Server administration
  • Development: Independent project-specific customizations and co-planning of new features
  • Optimization of support processes and documentation for an even better user experience

What you bring

  • Solid understanding of databases (RLS, Postgres/Supabase)
  • Service mindset: Enjoy direct contact with customers
  • Tech stack: Confident use of TypeScript, React/Next.js (or comparable)
  • Server administration: Docker Swarm, Traefik
  • Experience working safely with production systems
  • Web design: A good eye for modern web design and user-friendly UI/UX
  • Languages: Very good German (comparable to C2) for customer support and very good English
  • Working style: Structured, proactive, and independent; solution-oriented thinking comes naturally to you
  • Commitment: Interest in growing with us long term; commitment for at least 9 months (option to join full time) and regular presence in our Munich office
  • Confident use of Git, efficient and safe use of AI agents
  • Study background: You are enrolled as a student in Germany

Who we are

ECENT is a young and dynamic event agency specializing in innovative and sustainable events. Our founding team is full of ideas and energy to create memorable yet sustainable events. We work flexibly but personally: for this role it is important that you can come to our office in Maxvorstadt regularly (remote work is partly possible of course).

With ERADIANT we help event managers plan events simply and efficiently. ERADIANT offers ticketing, speaker, contact and program management and presentation, automated bulk mailings, and seamless CRM integration.

Terms

  • Pay: 17–20 euros per hour (depending on prior experience)
  • Hours: 15–20 hours per week
  • Location: Munich (hybrid)
  • Duration: At least 9 months
